| New client – Meet & Greet / Intake | Assisted access to the building car park | Call 1300 291 097 when you arrive, pull into the loading bay between our building and the IMB building, and wait. A team member will come down and provide access. |
| Client needing accessible parking | Ground-level on-site parking | Use the marked accessible parking where available or Block A visitor parking as directed by staff. |
| Client able to use stairs | Upper on-site parking | After access is provided, proceed to the next parking level and use the designated Unit 8 parking spaces. |
| Visitor staying under 2 hours | Street parking or Woolworths car park | Use nearby timed street parking or the Woolworths car park opposite. Check all signs and parking limits before leaving your vehicle. |
| Clients staying all day | Public all-day parking or public transport | Use a suitable Council or private car park, legal unrestricted parking where available, or public transport. |
